Tahira is a trailblazing Corporate Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence Facilitator and the Founder of The Chain Reaction. With 15 years of experience across corporate HR, business ops, and coaching, she brings a strategic lens to human performance and motivation.
She’s led sessions for high-performers at organizations like GoDaddy, KPMG, CIBC, and the Government of Canada. She has 10 years+ of experience practicing and studying mindfulness and meditation. Tahira trained at Berkeley and is Alberta’s only SIY Certified teacher. Her journey began in the depths of burnout — and a 10-day Vipassana retreat that reset her life.
She loves weightlifting, spin class, and eating Nutella straight from the jar.
Danny Grieco
Danny has been at the intersection of business and mindfulness for over 18 years. He has been in the tech industry for 18+ years selling software for both small startups and Fortune 500 companies like Xerox and spent the past 5 years coaching Silicon Valley startup companies on sales and mindfulness for his company MindHawk.
He's spent over 10 years practicing and studying mindfulness and meditation, including daily practice, silent retreats, and academic study and has his teacher certification from SIYLI. He has led mindfulness workshops for companies like Facebook, Amazon, and Gusto. He credits his practice with helping him to keep some sanity in the high stress world of sales and startups.
He loves exploring the outdoors and playing guitar!
